Ingredients
  • 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 2 10-oz cans cream of chicken soup
  • ¼ to ½ cup ranch dressing
  • ½ to 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 block cream cheese
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, divided
  • 2 cups mozzarella, divided
  • 32 oz frozen tarter tots, divided
Steps
  1. Add first 5 ingredients with 1 cup of cheddar and mozzarella and ½ bag of tarter tots to a large bowl. Mix well.
  2. Pour/push mixture into a 2 qt oven proof casserole dish. Spread into even layer.
  3. Top with remaining cheeses and then the remainder tater tots single layer on top.
  4. Bake for 350 for 25 minutes
