Miso Red Wine Braised Lamb Shank

  • 1 ½ cups red wine
  • 3 bay leaves

  • Corn Starch Slurry (Optional, to thicken sauce)
  • 2 ½ tablespoon corn starch
  • 3 to 4 tablespoons cold water
