Baked Feta with Spinach and Chickpeas
Ingredients
  • 1 can (540 ml - about 2 cups) chickpeas, drained
  • 1 bunch spinach, about 300 g, chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 2 cups crushed tomatoes
  • 100 g block Feta, cut into cubes
  • ½ teaspoon turmeric powder
  • olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons cooking oil
  • fresh chopped cilantro for garnish
  • salt and black pepper to taste
