  • ¼ cup crushed pork rinds
  • 5 tbsp psyllium husk powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup water
  • ¼ cup nutritional yeast
  • 1 heaped tablespoon miso (use chickpea miso if you are sensitive to soy)
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dry ground mustard powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 2 teaspoon chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon turmeric
  • dash cayenne
