Vegan Ramen Noodles with Mushrooms & Bok Choy

  • 1 to 2 tablespoon chili garlic sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon vegan beef bouillon*
  • ¼ cup water
  • 2 cups bok choy chopped
  • 2 squares ramen noodles discard seasoning packet
  • sesame seeds, limes for topping
