Halal Cart Red Sauce

24 Small Dry China Red Chiles, Soaked in Boiling Water, Drained and Seeded

6 Tbsp Reserved Water from Soaking Chiles

6 clove Garlic

1 ½ Tbsp Olive Oil

2 tsp Vinegar

2 tsp Ground Caraway

2 tsp Ground Coriander

2 tsp Paprika

1 tsp Ground Cumin

1 tsp Salt

Blend everything together and season to taste

I omitted the caraway
