Instant Pot Swiss Steak

Ingredients
  • 1 ½ lbs. Round Steak (  I use Eye of Round Roast and slice in 1 " slices)
  • 3 tbsp. olive oil
  • ½ tsp. onion powder
  • 1 tsp. minced  garlic
  • ½ tsp.   Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1  C.  Beef broth
  • 1- 11.5 oz. Can Low Sodium V-8 Juice ( or rgular if not sodium restricted)
  • 1-  Small can  No Sodium Added Tomato Sauce
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1- ½ tbsp. corn starch for thickening slurry
Steps
  1. Brown steak on saute in 1 Tbsp. oil. Cool the steak and set aside. Dump meat and all ingredients into a gallon freezer Bag. THE NIGHT BEFORE, place the bag in fridge .
  2. Cooking Day,
  3. Dump into Instant Pot and cook on manual for 20 to 25 minutes. NPR completely.
