Instant Pot Swiss Steak
- 1 1/2 lbs. Round Steak ( I use Eye of Round Roast and slice in 1 " slices)
- 3 tbsp. olive oil
- ½ tsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp. minced garlic
- ½ tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 C. Beef broth
- 1- 11.5 oz. Can Low Sodium V-8 Juice ( or rgular if not sodium restricted)
- 1- Small can No Sodium Added Tomato Sauce
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 1- 1/2 tbsp. corn starch for thickening slurry
- Brown steak on saute in 1 Tbsp. oil. Cool the steak and set aside. Dump meat and all ingredients into a gallon freezer Bag. THE NIGHT BEFORE, place the bag in fridge .
- Cooking Day,
- Dump into Instant Pot and cook on manual for 20-25 minutes. NPR completely.
