Instant Pot Swiss Steak

Servings: 3-4

1 1/2 lbs. Round Steak ( I use Eye of Round Roast and slice in 1 " slices)

3 tbsp. olive oil

½ tsp. onion powder

1 tsp. minced garlic

½ tsp. Worcestershire Sauce

1 C. Beef broth

1- 11.5 oz. Can Low Sodium V-8 Juice ( or rgular if not sodium restricted)

1- Small can No Sodium Added Tomato Sauce

Salt and Pepper to taste

1- 1/2 tbsp. corn starch for thickening slurry

Brown steak on saute in 1 Tbsp. oil. Cool the steak and set aside. Dump meat and all ingredients into a gallon freezer Bag. THE NIGHT BEFORE, place the bag in fridge .

Cooking Day,

Dump into Instant Pot and cook on manual for 20-25 minutes. NPR completely.
