- extra Everything But The Bagel seasoning for topping
- extra flour and extra milk until dough comes together if needed
- CREAM CHEESE MIX*
- 8 oz (227 g) cream cheese (softened)
- 1 to 1 ½ tsp Everything But The Bagel seasoning mix
- 2 tsp dried chives
- ¼ tsp dried dill
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- subheading: DOUGH WITHOUT STARTER:
- 3 ½ cups (455 g) bread flour
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ Tbsp sugar
- 2 ¼ tsp dry active yeast
- 2 Tbsp (30 ml) cooking oil
- 1 ½ cups warm evaporated milk
