Ingredients
  • 2 oz of Whistle Pig rye
  • 1 oz Lemon juice
  • .5 oz of maple syrup (used Whistle Pig maple syrup here)
  • Add to ⅔ ice and shake for 30 seconds. Strain over ice. Slow pour over a spoon, fruity red wine.
  • A sour that's got a hint of sweet.
