  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • ½ teaspoon minced fresh ginger
  • ¾ cup cooked brown rice
  • 1 tablespoon reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon seasoned rice vinegar
  • 1 large egg
  • ⅛ to ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper (optional)
