Pineapple Sacha Inchi Smoothie
Ingredients
  • 1 ½ oz baby kale 1 apple - chopped
  • 4 oz pineapple
  • 2 tbsp hemp seed 1 tsp sacha inchi
  • 1 cup water

  • Also known as the Inca peanut, sachi inchi is the seeds of a plant native to Peru. When harvested and roasted, sacha inchi has a nice, nutty flavor, and provides a healthy dose of protein, fiber and healthy fatty acids. It’s the perfect way to add an extra dose of vegan protein to your smoothies! Hemp seed doubles the serving of healthy fatty acids, and apple doubles the fiber. Top it all off with a nice dose of vitamin C from pineapple and kale, and you have a delicious, nutritiously balanced meal replacement.
