Baileys strawberry & cream choc fudge

Ingredients
  • 700g white chocolate (Cadbury dream)
  • 1x 397g can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tbsp of butter
  • ½ cup (125ml) baileys strawberry & cream Irish cream liquor
  • 1½ tsp of rose pink food dye
  • Golden gaytime unicorn crumbs
Steps
  1. Break chocolate into pieces and place in slow cooker cowl with condensed milk, butter and Bailey
  2. Cook on high with the lid off for 1½ to 2 hours. Stirring every 15 to 20 mins.
  3. Once the mixture looks wrinkly add the food colouring and mix well just before pouring into a lined sliced tray
  4. Cover the surface of the fudge with gaytime crumbs and gently push into the fudge.
  5. Refrigerate overnight for best results
