Ingredients
  • 1 cup of fruits
  • 1 cup of vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (totally optional I just have a sweet tooth lol)
  • 2 tbsp of milk ( to thin is out a bit- also optional)
  • Toppings of your choice: more fruits. Granola, chocolate chips, shredded coconut and so on.
