Ingredients
  • 2 steaks (I used 1 ½” filets)
  • Sea Salt
  • Pepper
  • Minced Garlic
  • Butter (I used Land O Lakes spreadable)
Steps
  1. Fill inner pot with warm water and set on 138 degrees (custom, no pressure).
  2. Season steaks with salt, pepper, garlic and add a slice of butter on each side. Put each steak in a ziplock freezer bag.
  3. Remove all the air from the bags by immersing them in the water and then seal the top to be air tight.
  4. Cook in water for 1 ½ hours.
  5. Sear steaks in oil or butter to crisp outside.
