Cafe Rio Cilantro Lime Rice

Ingredients
  • 2 cups brown or basmati rice
  • 4 cups water
  • ¼ Cup Chicken Broth Powder
  • 2 tsp lime zest
  • 3 Tbsp chopped cilantro
  • 2 tsp fresh squeezed lime juice
Steps
  1. In pressure cooker, combine rice, water and broth.
  2. Set pressure cooker to high. 3 minutes for white rice, 22 minutes for brown rice.
  3. Natural release pressure.
  4. Add lime zest, lime juice and cilantro. Stir until well combined and serve.
