Ingredients
  • 500ml of Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon of ground Ginger
  • 1 teaspoon of ground Cayenne chilli
  • 1 teaspoon of ground Cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon of ground Tumeric
  • ½ teaspoon of ground black pepper
  • Let it steep a few days then I store it in the refrigerator and I add about 1 to 2 teaspoons with soda water for a refreshing aperitif or drink any time of the day.
  • The spices are warming on the digestive system and are excellent for if the fire has gone out in your belly and digestion is sluggish.
