Flatbread with Balsamic Greens and Prosciutto
Ingredients
  • 1 pound homemade or purchased pizza dough, at room temperature
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh rosemary
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 large red onion, cut into ½-inch wedges (2 cups)
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 6 cups kale and/or radicchio, stemmed and torn
  • 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 4 ounces Fontina or Gouda cheese, shredded
  • 4 to 6 paper-thin slices prosciutto
