  • 500 g Bread Flour
  • 10 g Salt
  • 1 Egg (plus 20g of water for egg wash)

  • 2 Litres Water
  • 60 g Bicarbonate of Soda Baking Soda - see notes for alternatives
  • subheading: Beer Cheese Dip:
  • 215 g Beer
  • 250 g Cream Cheese
  • 300 g Cheese (shredded)
