MY Instant Pot Turkey Soup

Ingredients
  • 4 c leftover ham broth (1⅔/23)
  • 2 c water
  • ¼ t poultry seasoning
  • 12 oz cut up turkey leg (Sous Vide on ¼/24)
  • 12 oz pkg frozen mixed vegetables
  • 14.5 oz can Shaw fire roasted salsa type tomatoes
  • 1+ c ditalini
  • 1 bay leaf
Steps
  1. I heated the juice (been cold on porch) & water on KW. Shut off at 430pm, it was 137°. 520pm it was 109°
  2. Add turkey & veggies, quick stir
  3. Add Bay leaf
  4. Add ditalini. Make it's covered, press lightly if needed
  5. Cook 4 min on high, NR ?? min. ?? min to pressure. SEE NOTES

  • ⅛/24
  • Oh boy, at 40 min pot not "on". I hit cancel and I notice pin is UP. Release the steam about 2 min. Meal was perfect!! About 6 c leftover
