MY Instant Pot Turkey Soup

Ingredients
- 4 c leftover ham broth (1⅔/23)
- 2 c water
- ¼ t poultry seasoning
- 12 oz cut up turkey leg (Sous Vide on ¼/24)
- 12 oz pkg frozen mixed vegetables
- 14.5 oz can Shaw fire roasted salsa type tomatoes
- 1+ c ditalini
- 1 bay leaf
Steps
- I heated the juice (been cold on porch) & water on KW. Shut off at 430pm, it was 137°. 520pm it was 109°
- Add turkey & veggies, quick stir
- Add Bay leaf
- Add ditalini. Make it's covered, press lightly if needed
- Cook 4 min on high, NR ?? min. ?? min to pressure. SEE NOTES

- Oh boy, at 40 min pot not "on". I hit cancel and I notice pin is UP. Release the steam about 2 min. Meal was perfect!! About 6 c leftover
