  • ½ medium-sized cauliflower, cut into florets, riced, steamed *
  • 1 ½ cups fresh baby spinach, chopped (optional)
  • 1 - [ 7 oz. box ]  manicotti shells *
  • 2 - [ 24 oz. jars ] marinara sauce *
