Spinach with Alliums & Lemon

Ingredients
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cups of red onion
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 1 pound spinach
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
  • ½ tsp lemon zest
  • salt
Steps
  1. Heat oil in pan and saute onions for 10 minutes
  2. Stir in garlic and cook for 30 seconds, then add spinach. Stir to coat with oil and cook for 4 minutes.
  3. Mix lemon juice, worcestershire sauce and salt and toss with spinach.
