Instant Pot Hot Chocolate Cheesecake with Marshmallow Ganache
Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted

  • 2 8-ounce packages cream cheese at room temperature (Philadelphia Brand if possible)
  • ⅓ cup sugar
  • ½ cup marshmallow cream, room temperature
  • ⅓ cup hot cocoa mix
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs at room temperature
  • subheading: For the Marshmallow Ganache:
  • 4 ounces white candy melts, roughly chopped or white chocolate chips (see note)
  • 1 cup marshmallow cream, room temperature
  • ⅓ cup heavy whipping cream
