  • 1 Tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 Tbsp light brown sugar, unpacked
  • 3 cloves garlic or 1 Tbsp, minced
  • 1 cup canned or fresh pineapple chunks or tidbits, drained
  • 1 red bell pepper cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 green bell pepper cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 yellow or orange pepper cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 small yellow or white onion cut into 1-inch pieces
