Ingredients
  • 340g spaghetti (or pasta of your choice)
  • 1 tablespoon Kosher salt
  • 1½ cups frozen peas
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 capsicum, cored and cut into thin strips
  • 6 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 x 140goz cans tuna, drained
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • Juice of ½ lemon, or more to your liking
  • Handful chopped fresh parsley (about 28g)
  • 1 teasoonp dried oregano
  • Black pepper, to your liking
  • 6 to 8 pitted kalamata olives sliced
  • 1 jalapeno pepper (optional), sliced
  • Grated Parmesan cheese to your liking
