Mussels and Cod Bucatini with Spicy Tomato Sauce

  • 3 pounds cod fillet, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 2 pounds bucatini or other long pasta
  • 4 tablespoons salted butter
  • 1 cup chopped parsley, plus more for garnish
  • 1 lemon
