  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • 6 cups whole milk
  • 1 cup Fontina cheese, cubed
  • 1 bunch kale, chopped
  • 4 jalapeño peppers, thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
