Dairy-Free Homemade Ranch Dressing (Paleo, Whole30, Low Fodmap)
Ingredients
  • 1 cup dairy-free mayo (which I buy cheaper at Costco)
  • 2 tbsp garlic-infused olive oil*
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice, freshly-squeezed
  • 2 tbsp scallions, green parts only, finely-chopped*
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, finely-chopped
  • ½ tbsp fresh dill, finely-chopped
  • 1 tsp sea salt (or to taste)
  • ½ tsp black pepper, freshly-ground (or to taste)
  • 1 to 4 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
