- 1.3 oz water, (2 Tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon water)
- 1 oz light rum, (2 Tablespoons)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract or vanilla paste
- 8 oz excellent quality semi-sweet chocolate, chopped (I used Ghirardelli 60%)
