Yellowtail Crudo with Citrus and Avocado

  • ½ teaspoon finely grated peeled ginger
  • ½ teaspoon yuzu kosho
  • 1 radish, trimmed, thinly sliced
  • Cilantro leaves with tender stems and thin fancy crackers or crispbread (for serving)
