Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups chocolate cookie crumbs
- ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup confectioners’ sugar
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup chopped Reese's candies
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- ½ cup heavy cream (for ganache)
- Additional Reese's candies for garnish
- Melted chocolate for drizzle

- Combine chocolate cookie crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of a springform pan to form a crust. Freeze for 10 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix peanut butter and confectioners’ sugar until well combined. In a separate bowl, whip 1 cup heavy cream to stiff peaks, then fold into the peanut butter mixture along with vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth and fold into the peanut butter and cream mixture. Stir in chopped Reese's candies.
- Pour the mixture over the crust and smooth the top. Freeze for 2 hours or until firm.
- For the ganache, heat ½ cup heavy cream until it just begins to simmer. Pour over dark chocolate chips, let sit for 5 minutes, then stir until smooth.
- Pour ganache over the cheesecake and garnish with additional Reese's candies. Drizzle with melted chocolate.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
