Ingredients
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup solid pack pumpkin
  • ⅓ cup sugar
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 package pie shell; unbaked
  • ⅔ cup light corn syrup
  • 2 eggs; lightly beaten
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 3 tbs Butter; melted
  • ½ tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup pecan halves
Steps
  1. Combine first 4 ingredients in medium bowl. Spread over bottom of pie shell.
  2. Combine next 5 ingredients in same bowl; stir in pecans. Spoon over pumpkin layer.
  3. Bake in preheated 350°F oven for 50 minutes or until filling is set. Cool on wire rack.
