Jiffy Mexican Cornbread Tamale Pie

1 Tbsp. dried minced onion

1 tsp. chili powder

1 tsp. garlic salt

1-½ cups shredded cheddar cheese

½ cup sour cream

subheading: Jiffy Cornbread Topping:

2 boxes Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix

1 egg

⅓ cup milk

½ cup sour cream

¼ cup vegetable oil

14.75 oz. can cream corn
