Ingredients
- 130g ground Flax seed
- 100g sunflower seed (ground optional)
- 250g almond flour
- 250g Greek yogurt (full fat)
- 5 eggs (I use only 3 yolks)
- 2 tsp baking powder
- Salt (preferable to you quantity)
- Sugar( I never use up to you)
Steps
- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until thoroughly mixed.
- Pour into a bread loaf tin or bread ceramic oven dish
- Add pumpkin seeds on top or sesame or poppy seeds
- Bake at 180 degrees for one hour
- And Voila a yummy healthy protein bread
