Ingredients
  • 130g ground Flax seed
  • 100g sunflower seed (ground optional)
  • 250g almond flour
  • 250g Greek yogurt (full fat)
  • 5 eggs (I use only 3 yolks)
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • Salt (preferable to you quantity)
  • Sugar( I never use up to you)
  •  
Steps
  1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until thoroughly mixed.
  2. Pour into a bread loaf tin or bread ceramic oven dish
  3. Add pumpkin seeds on top or sesame or poppy seeds
  4. Bake at 180 degrees for one hour
  5. And Voila a yummy healthy protein bread
  6. ENJOY
