  • 1 long red chile finely sliced
  • Grapeseed or olive oil
  • Kosher salt
  • Fresh black pepper

  • ½ cup low fat mayo
  • ½ teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon coconut amino acid or low salt soy sauce
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
