Chili Sauce for a Spanish Dinner

By birth - Hungarian; By choice - American; By profession - Attorney By the grace of God - Happy wife, proud mother, & blissfully semi-retired

This is meant to be used as a dip with Frito0style chips.

1 can - tomatoes

1 clove - garlic

3 - green chili peppers

Mash garlic. Very finely chop peppers.

Mix all ingredients together.

FASCINATING HISTORY: The town, Tinnie, was originally called "Analla." The Raymonds built Tinnie Mercantile sometime after 1906 & Mrs. Raymond became the postmistress. The town's name was then changed to "Tinnie" in 1909 after their daughter. Mrs. Raymond remaind postmistress until 1914; then again from 1932 until 1954! The inside of the store is pictured.
