Gluten Free Chocolate Date Brownies
Ingredients
  • 12 ounces of pitted dates about 2.5 cups
  • Hot water to soak dates
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla paste/extract
  • 1 cup melted coconut oil
  • ⅔ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ½ cup almond flour
  • ½ cup millet flour or gluten free flour (Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free 1-to-1 Baking Flour)
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ¾ cup semisweet chocolate chips optional
