Ingredients
- 2 cups sourdough starter, fed, proofed and pancake-batterlike consistency
- 1 ¼ cups water
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 ½ tablespoons salt
- 1 cup dried sour cherries
- juice of 1 lemon
- zest of 1 lemon
- ½ cup chopped nuts (I used pecans but other nuts would work as well)
- 4 to 4 ¾ cups unbleached AP flour
