Wild Blueberry Almond Energy Bites
use a couple of bananas, gluten free oats, a little maple syrup and then the frozen wild blueberries. make them into cookies and just bake them. It’s a healthy way to simulate eating a cookie.
Ingredients
  • ¼ cup Wyman’s Whole Dried Wild Blueberries
  • 1 cup old fashioned rolled oats
  • ½ cup almond butter
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed meal
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ⅛ teaspoon cinnamon
