  • 3 tbsp. cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp. vegetable oil, divided
  • 1 large head broccoli, cut into florets
  • 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 3 green onions, thinly sliced
  • Toasted sesame seeds, for garnish
