Dutch Oven Chicken and Vinaigrette

  • ½ lemon
  • ¾ cup white wine

  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons wine vinegar (preferably sherry)
  • 1 teaspoon walnut oil (optional)
