Ingredients
  • sprinkle gelatin over cold water
  •  
  • simmer remaining ingredients in heavy bottom sauce pan
  •  
  • whisk in gelatin
  •  
  • strain through chinois into bain marie
  •  
  • pour into ramekins and refrigerate
Steps
  1. sprinkle gelatin over water
  2. simmer remaining ingredients in saucepan
  3. whisk in gelatin
  4. strain then chill in ramekins
Notes
  • Coffee flavor: add 6 T instant coffee
  • Hazelnut: add 4oz Frangelico
