  • ½ tsp cinnamon

  • ¼ tsp allspice
  • ½ cup dry green lentils
  • 1 small lemon (juice & zest)
  • ¼ cup red onion, finely diced
  • 2 Tbsp pomegranate seeds
  • 8 to 10 fresh mint leaves, cut into ribbons
