Ingredients
  • 1-½ cup water in IP bottom (throw a little salt in there to flavor potatoes a bit)
  • 3 to 4 pounds Yukon Gold Potatoes (cut into 1" pieces) > put in steamer basket (Use LOW Pressure)
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup buttermilk or cream
  • 2 Tablespoons yellow mustard.
  • 8 ribs celery (cut in strips and sliced)
  • 1 Small red onion , chopped or minced
  • 8 eggs cracked into IP pan > IP High Pressure 6 Min > 5 min NR
  • 1 tsp paprika - slice a few eggs for top and sprinkle paprika.
