Singapore-Style Grilled Black Pepper Crab
Ingredients
  • 4 blue swimmer crabs , cleaned and cut into pieces
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 6 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped ginger
  • ¼ cup oyster sauce
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • ¼ cup chicken stock
  • 2 tbsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 50g  (1.7 oz)  butter
  • 4 spring onions , finely sliced
