Serena Wolf's Orzo with Tomato Basil Sauce, Zucchini, and Grilled Shrimp
Ingredients
  • 4 to 8 metal or bamboo skewers
  • 5 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 5 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 5 garlic cloves, grated or finely minced
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt, plus extra to taste
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper, plus extra to taste
  • 1 pound large shrimp (about 24 to 28 shrimp), peeled and deveined with the tail shells still on
  • 8 ounces orzo pasta
  • 2 medium zucchini (roughly 8 inches long), sliced lengthwise into ½-inch planks
  • One 24-ounce jar Rao’s Homemade Tomato Basil Sauce
  • 8 to 10 fresh basil leaves, thinly sliced
  • Crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
