A delicious snack, packed full of good stuff, but low on carbs
Ingredients
  • 1 cup walnuts broken into small pieces
  • ¼ cup Bake Believe white chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup Bake Believe dark chocolate chips
  • ½ cup pumpkin seeds
  •  
  • Other optional ingredients include cacao nibs, a SMALL amount of dried blueberries (these will add carbs quickly, so be sparing), slivered almonds, other low carb nuts and seeds. Adjust amounts to suit taste.
Steps
  1. Not much to it... Break up the walnuts if they're in large pieces so they are roughly the size of the chips, then mix it all together and enjoy!
Notes
  • Provides a good amount of Omega-3 from the walnuts (one of the best sources other than fish), protein, fiber, and iron from the pumpkin seeds, and the Bake Believe chips add sweetness without sugar, using erythritol and stevia.
