  • 1-½ to 2 cups rotisserie chicken
  • 3 cups chicken stock or broth
  • 1-½ to 2 cups salsa verde
  • 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can (15 oz) southwestern or whole corn, undrained
  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 to 2 chicken bouillon cubes, optional
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons lime juice
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro stems removed and chopped
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
