Whole30 Loaded Baked Potato Casserole
Ingredients
  • 2 lbs russet potatoes peeled and cut into 1” pieces

  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • 6 to 8 slices of compatible bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • ¾ tsp garlic powder
  • ¾ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh chives
  • subheading: "CHEESE" SAUCE:
  • ¾ cup full-fat canned coconut milk
  • ¼ cup nutritional yeast
  • 1 ½ tsp tapioca flour
  • ¼ tsp salt
