Chocolate Chip Cookie Pie
Ingredients
  • 2 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tbsp corn starch
  • ¾ cup salted butter melted and cooled
  • 1 cup light brown sugar packed
  • ⅔ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs room temperature
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups (12 oz. bag) semi-sweet chocolate chips
Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F, and use crisco to coat a glass pie dish. Melt the butter in a large bowl. Add in the vanilla, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and whisk. Add in the eggs and whisk. Combine the flour, corn starch, and baking soda, then add to the wet ingredients. Add in all the chocolate chips except ¼c - save those on the side. Stir in the chocolate chips. Pour the dough into the pie dish, then sprinkle on the remaining chocolate chips. Bake for 37 minutes, then let cool completely before cutting.
