Garlic Shrimp

Ingredients
- - 1 pound shrimp, peeled & deveined.
- - ½ cup butter (one stick)
- - ¼ cup olive oil
- - 1 head of garlic, peeled & chopped
- - ¾ cup almond flour
- - 2 Tbsp paprika
- - ½ tsp cayenne
- - 1 to 2 tsp salt
Steps
- - combine flour, paprika, and cayenne in a dish & toss shrimp in to coat.
- - Heat a large skillet over low heat. Add butter, oil, and garlic. Allow the garlic to cook for at least 3 minutes.
- - Raise the heat to medium & add the shrimp in a single layer. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes on one side, then turn the shrimp & cook for 3 to 4 minutes in the other side.
- - add salt & cook another minute or two.
- Optional: squeeze a bit of fresh lemon over it.
