Garlic Shrimp
Ingredients
  • - 1 pound shrimp, peeled & deveined.
  • - ½ cup butter (one stick)
  • - ¼ cup olive oil
  • - 1 head of garlic, peeled & chopped
  • - ¾ cup almond flour
  • - 2 Tbsp paprika
  • - ½ tsp cayenne
  • - 1 to 2 tsp salt
Steps
  1. - combine flour, paprika, and cayenne in a dish & toss shrimp in to coat.
  2. - Heat a large skillet over low heat. Add butter, oil, and garlic. Allow the garlic to cook for at least 3 minutes.
  3. - Raise the heat to medium & add the shrimp in a single layer. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes on one side, then turn the shrimp & cook for 3 to 4 minutes in the other side.
  4. - add salt & cook another minute or two.
  5. Optional: squeeze a bit of fresh lemon over it.
Notes
  • put over keto noodles, cauli rice or zoodles
